Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

Subhchintak Global Services (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or engage our consultancy services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to advise you properly:

  • Details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, preferred study destination, academic background and anything you write in an enquiry or consultation form.
  • Documents you share — transcripts, test scores, passports and financial records, where you provide them so we can prepare an application on your behalf.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide counselling.
  • To prepare and submit university applications and visa files on your instruction.
  • To send you updates about your application, and — only with your consent — occasional information about intakes, scholarships and deadlines.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for:

  • Universities and institutions you have asked us to apply to.
  • Visa authorities and their processing partners, where an application requires it.
  • Service providers — accommodation, forex, insurance and travel partners — where you have asked us to arrange that service.
  • Authorities, where the law requires disclosure.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as we are advising you, and for up to seven years afterwards to meet legal and audit obligations. After that it is securely deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so except where we are legally required to keep it.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, access controls and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your documents with the care their sensitivity deserves.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Give you a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages — every email has an unsubscribe link.

To exercise any of these, email info@subhchintak.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep forms secure against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Our services are aimed at prospective students aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information with us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
